Finshed rebuilding this one two or three years ago. It was featured in an earlier flickr channel of mine, back then. Bike was in real poor shape. Took six weeks to rebuild it and if I remember correctly, it took 2 weeks to get the rusted-in seat post out of the frame. That was the hard part. Handlebars are from a motorcycle, cut back an inch on both sides. Brake levers are from an old Miyata mountain bike as are the hand grips. Stem is off a BMX bike too, all recycled. New items are the crank, seat, pedals, paint, brake blocks and grease. If I'm remembering correctly, it was $90 to build it up. You can see the original posts in my favorites, currently.
