According to the book of knowledge the milky way comes in at -9 to -11EV, now f1.8 and a max ISO of 12800 gives about 13 seconds But I found 10 more than enuff Colour temp? why LED! yes nearly every street lamp is LED unless its on a major road Zoom in on the stars at the edge and you will see they are not circles of light but strange umbrella shaped things . No setting in RawTherapee for this (yet...) I am sure I achieved just as much with a Powershot a550 using CHDK about 5 years ago...in fact with less distortion....
