Paper Napkin holder needed as u r currently placing napkin in between dirty menu and table
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I refer to the Photos Attached at Paparich, QV mall, Melbourne CBD, VIC, Australia. Currently, the staff are placing the paper napkins in between/on the menu or on the just cleaned table. Multiple previous customers had been handling the menu with their hands with bacteria that cannot be seen with the naked eyes. Even with the cleaning spray the table may have residue detergent or unseen bacteria from spots that have not been thoroughly wiped. These bacteria are transferred onto the napkins.
As such, may I suggest a little steel paper napkin bucket or a āUā shaped holder on each table? Upon the arrival of the customer, simply deposit 1 paper napkin per customer onto the clean napkin holder on the table rather than on surfaces with bacteria not viewable with the naked eye. This will ensure food safety and most importantly attract/retain more customers to the restaurant.
You could simply spare 3 mins to delegate this task to your assistant so she/he can delegate others to carry out the necessary review and implementation. By championing this change as a new project, this would definitely look great on your curriculum vitae and justify for significant salary increments and huge bonus payouts. foodanddrinks restaurant papernapkin retail melbourne australia |
