Still, at least we're not balls deep in snow. Today's events so far have included buying a tyre compressor from Argos in Walton, then going back out to Argos in the Strand to pick up a lamp for Laura which has needed replacing for months. The Strand was a pleasant surprise actually. I haven't been there in literally over twenty years and it's fairly pleasant with sensibly priced parking. Rather than the 'Welcome to the Strand' sign that I photographed, you can instead have this bloom, which was in a bunch of flowers just behind the front door when I came in. It's an autofocussed point and shoot macro in terrible light, hence it's a bit blurry and the colours are garbage, but it's better than the actual reality of the day :) It's a terrible photography today, as we've been 'blessed' with traditional Bank Holiday weather.
