The main floor has a chapel, 12 suites and a 24 bed care facility. The second and third floors have suites, sitting and music rooms, a sewing room and auditorium. The fourth floor has offices and meeting rooms. The building was awarded 43 points for LEED Gold certification by the Canadian Green Building Council and was the first LEED building in London, Ontario. Rainwater is captured and stored to reduce water consumption. A geothermal heating and cooling system is part of the mechanical design as are solar panels.
